The summit of Cirque Peak is small but the panorama is vast and one of the best you can find in the Rockies, and the trail to Helen Lake is among the quickest routes to alpine meadows and views that you will find in the Banff area.

Cirque Peak (2993m) is a non-technical scramble up scree slopes from Helen Lake. The summit offers stunning panoramic views. The name "Cirque" describes the amphitheater formed by adjacent peaks.

Note: This trip is best suited to strong hikers. We will be going at a relaxed pace. You must agree to stick with the group for the entire trip in order to participate.
