Itinerary:

PLEASE NOTE: This event is for Premier members, volunteers, and coordinators.

This meeting is tentatively set to review how the club is doing, and how the Covid situation has evolved as the Alberta government launches us into Stage 2 on the 12th June.
Stage 2 will involve allowing more sports and activities, and increasing the number of people allowed at gatherings. We will discuss what would be appropriate for the COC, while staying within guidelines from the Alberta government, and erring on the side of caution. Any changes will then be communicated to the club and an effective date given. Until then we maintain current club guidelines.


This meeting is part of what we hope will become a recurring forum for volunteers to give feedback to the Executive, and/or discuss club matters. It is hoped to have meetings like this with coordinators three or four times each year.

We are currently arranging a meeting using the Zoom platform. Please download the Zoom app and we will email the invite to participants ahead of the meeting.
