This meeting is a pre-meeting for our Special General Meeting to be held on February 8th.

We will use the "Free 40" (40 free minutes on my Zoom account) to conduct this meeting. I anticipate that we will want to spend more than 40 minutes, so we will plan to use two "instalments" of "Free 40" (i.e., when we get punted out after the first 40 minutes, we'll take a quick nature break and then reconvene two-minutes after the punting).
