Learn to stride with confidence while enjoying great glide.
This lesson focuses on flat terrain techniques. A warm up and movement on skis session combined with activities and games provides for a comfortable initiation to XC skiing. Teaching progressions introduce striding, poling and turns. There is plenty of time during the day to practice each skill.
