Description:
Trail running is running / jogging / fast walking on hiking trails. Compared to road running, the terrain is softer but less even, more scenic, less busy, and often but not always hillier. Because of the uneven and hillier terrain, the pace is typically slower than road running, e.g. 5-6 km/hr (10-12 min/km) uphill and 10-12 km/hr (5-6 min/km) on the flats and downhill.

From the Powderface parking lot, we follow the Prairie Creek, Prairie Link, and Powderface Creek trails.
