Ultimate Frisbee - Come out and join us for a fast, fun and exciting game of Ultimate Frisbee. The game involves lots of running, jumping, stopping and starting. So wear sturdy shoes and be ready to get some exercise.

All levels welcome. Come on out get some exercise and have some FUN!

Check out the link below for some basic instruction on the game, methods on throwing a frisbee, rules and different strategies but don't be intimidated by all the info as we will not be taking the game that seriously.

IMPORTANT: Please bring 2 T shirts. (A WHITE and a DARK) so we can divide into two recognizable teams.

Those who have Frisbees, feel free to bring them!

Required Items to Bring:
- 2 T Shirts (1 WHITE, 1 DARK)
- Sturdy runners
- Water

We will be meeting on the soccer field located directly behind the public library / fire hall near the intersection of 14th Street and 32nd Avenue SW. There is parking available along the north side of 32nd Avenue (do not park on the south side as this is for permit holders only).
