Itinerary:
Ribbon Creek is a scenic trail, great for those who have had some x-c ski experience. We will stop for a quick lunch at the camp kitchen (which hopefully will have a fire going inside) and then dawdle our way along - allowing time for a few photos, and ski and wax adjustments. We will ski up to the avalanche warning area and that will be our turn-around.

Total distance: approx 9 km (or less) return.
Total elevation gain: 175m

Please note that although we'll be going at a slower pace, some of the terrain will not be appropriate for absolute beginners. Make sure you are able to navigate hills with a reasonable amount of confidence before registering for this event.
