Itinerary:
Beginner belly dancing - modern technique. Begin learning basic moves. No experience necessary. Lessons will include:
- Warm-up and Cool-down
- Isolations
- Tension Step
- Midriff Breaks
- Rib Circles
- Shoulders
- Hip Drops and Thrusts
- Undulations
- Practice via Follow-the-Leader

Note that I (Rhonda) will be teaching this class. I have been dancing all my life, and belly dancing for about the last seven years. If you are interested in more advanced classes, I recommend the following teachers in Calgary:
