Write Up:We had a wonderful group of five people for our urban hike through the neighbourhoods of Renfrew/Regal Terrace, Crescent Heights, and Sunnyside. It was good weather - cool and calm - which is how I personally aspired to be for my first attempt at coordinating! We went to AKA Winebar on Edmonton Trail after our hike, which seemed to be a hit (other than whatever the issue was with getting water hot enough for our tea!).
Urban hiking seems to be a hit among our group, with several expressing interest in participating in more events in the future (and sampling more yummy food too!). Thanks for making my first coordinated event such a great experience, and thanks to Mark for co-coordinating this with me!
