Write Up:It was an amazing day in the mountains - warm (for February), sunny and beautiful with the hoar frost sparkling everywhere we looked! We did the first half of the Sawmill Loop and then headed towards Chester Lake for a bit, had lunch and returned to Sawmill. Once we were nearly back at the parking lot, we decided to try another 2.4 km loop (the Red Loop) which had a few more hills and made us feel that we got our money's worth. Altogether, we covered just under 10 km and had a ton of fun doing it.
