It was a nice sunny day that started off a little cool. However, everyone warmed up by the time we rode the 1st hill. The high reached about 20C.
The group rode well together, and it took us about 1 hr to reach the turn around point where we had a quick lunch.
At the turnaround point there was a group of about 10 British soldiers out for a mountain bike ride. On the way back we passed them while they were taking a break.
On the way back we rode up the Kovach trail, and back along the Ribbon Creek trail.
The distance was 25 km, and the total ride time was approximately 2:45.
There were no injuries.
After the ride we went to Woody's and sat on their patio for a drink and some snacks.
