Write Up:What a beautiful day for a hike. Barely a cloud in the sky and the temperatures in the low 20's.
The drive down the Smith-Dorrien was interesting as it was almost like a winter white out with all the dust created by the cars on the road. We all got a chance to see two moose at the Engadine Lodge turn out which was cool.
Unfortunately the hike did not get off to a good start as someone got sick in the first 15 minutes and had to turn back.
The hike itself was awesome with great views all along the ridge (Spray lakes to the north and the mountains looking to the south).
I now know why most of my favorite hikes are ridge walks.
I want to thank Slyvia,Veronique and Wendy for driving.
I want to thank Roy for picking the right path at each intersetion when coming down the ridge back to the parking area.
