We had an interesting walk through the East Village and tried to imagine how different it will be in the next few years when the new central library, National Music Centre and more are built. We did see the construction sites of the new pedestrian bridge over the Elbow River and the new St Patrick's Island Bridge.
We joined the group walk from the East Village Centre to see the lighting of a few large trees. We enjoyed a lovely group of carolers and hot chocolate and treats.
The weather stayed warm and we had a lot of laughs. Thank you for joining me! Laura
