Write Up:Three of us and 1 dog followed the paved path that outlines the coulee on the west side, and then descended into the coulee where we encountered a mixture of mud, ice and snow. We climbed to the other hillside on the east side of the coulee to avoid the yucky mud, but half way along we still encountered mud so we decided to descend down to the coulee bottom and walk on the ice and snow instead, and this was better. My co-coordinator, Marg, thought that this was a marvelous little hike, and we'll plan to do it again when the conditions are dry.
