Write Up:Rain check taken due to tour bus jack-knifed on switchback up to Takakkaw Falls. Unable to access trailhead.
Hike changed to Emerald Lake Loop/Emerald Basin for a total distance of 14.4km, 250m elevation. Lots and lots of rain! Some of us diehards ended the day with a look at the Takakkaw Falls and a beer and wings at Kilkenney's.
