We set out with a plan in place and we completed that plan on trails with great conditions, under a sky full of blue, with lots of warmth from the sun and even with winds that would knock your socks off. Our day was full of ups and downs only of the ascending and descending kind. There were smiles and laughter the entire day. How could there not be when we were afforded a day like this in November in the Canadian Rockies.
