Write Up:We were afforded wonderful weather and wildflowers for our hike up to Moose Mountain today.
While we were not first on the trail, we were first to the Lookout. The Lookout Lady came and
chatted with us for awhile and asked that we sign the guest book which we gladly did. After our
chat then capturing our photos, we spent a little time savouring our early lunch. As people
began to arrive, we packed up, gave them space as we began the steep descent. We opted to
add on more distance and elevation gain so meandered through Moose’s meadows which were
covered in wildflowers. Once of the summit, the wind died down and the sun felt warm. What a
glorious Sunday! Thank you for joining me today and I hope to share other trails with again
