We followed the 2nd avalanche gully up, there are lots possible ways before reaching the difficult sections, a gps will give you a piece of mind as the route finding is not easy. After the rock flake, there should be only one more difficult section left, a 5m easy climb on loose rock. After that, it should be an easy scramble up the summit. If you find yourself on difficult section again, look for another trail leading to the summit. It was a great day. 3.5 liters of water were all gone before we reached the car.
