We met in Calgary, Petro-Can, Barrier Lake, and at the trailhead. Our group enjoyed the beautiful weather and displays of wildflowers and the re-routed switchback trail up to the Picklejar Lakes. The waters sparkled in the cool breeze and bright sun. I opted to wait due to my fatigue today (coordinator Geoff) at the base of a "scree pass" whilst all the others in our group successfully summited this small and steep pass that leads to to Junction Creek. Once they returned we had a pleasant hike back down to our trailhead and an uneventful drive home. Thank you to Marcel , Darlene (and Geoff) for driving. Photos by Darlene S, Geoff C
