Write Up:Derek is well experienced in trail running and sharing his knowledge was interesting to all attending. From equipment to strategy, I think everyone asked a few questions. We finished off the event with what for some was a "short" run, however for one complete newb, it left legs of jello that are still aching. Other priorities left me unable to join the group afterwards for refreshments but I'm sure that went well too.
