It was a small group but a spectacular ride for those who made it out tonight. Warm and a bit hazy we made our way along a very scenic route to Harvie Passage where we spent a short time cooling off in the river before making our way to McDonalds on Barlow for refreshments. Karen was kind enough to treat us all to ice cream when we got there (thanks again Karen!) After our break we headed out on the final leg of our journey with great views of the city skyline and a really colourful sky as the sun began to sink towards the horizon. It was closing in on 3 hours when we finally got back but it felt much shorter because it was such an enjoyable time. I definitely hope to post this ride again soon.
