Write Up:The trail was covered lightly in snow at the beginning but became a
little icy in parts and the top was completely covered. We managed to
keep a very steady pace to make it to the top with a minute to spare.
While the sun set on the west side, the moon was starting to shine on
the east side in the clear sky. Surprisingly, the wind was very light
at the top. We didn't need our headlamps until about half way down
thanks to the moon and snow guiding us.
A few of us went to the Powderhorn Saloon for a drink and some great
food. We even stayed long enough to hear the band, The Troublemakers,
play a few songs.
Congratulations to Rhonda for attending her 100th event!
