Write Up:
THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who came out today to help! Wow - this year was faster and easier with extra hands. Interesting items collected and seen along the way: several tent homes, abandoned tent with a really awful smell (yup, I'll be reporting that one), a message in a bottle, full bag of sand, grocery cart, and a long old fire hose - stuck in ground - still there from last year. Also collected the usual mounds of cigarette butts, food wrappers, broken glass, etc., etc. We finished up at the Kensington Pub - a delightful community pub and all agreed they have great food!
