The season for this hike is definitely over!!
Heavy snow which covers the area now makes it especially difficult to follow the trail, and smaller waterfalls are almost completely covered which misses most of the whole point of the hike. However, we had TONS of fun frollicking in the deep snow - and saw many more "peoplefalls" than waterfalls ;)
Towards the end we overshot the downhill portion to Troll Falls due to difficulty finding the trail which added on an extra km or so. Still, we had a great time - thank you to all for your enthusiasm! I guess this is it for me for this trail until the fall.
