Write Up:
I think that I will make every effort from now on to visit Lake Louise mid-week - there was hardly anyone around. Upon arrival, crews were cleaning the snow off the skating pond and adding a layer of hot water to smooth out the surface which made for lovely skating, so we spent most of our time there. The ice scuptures were still lovely, the weather great, lots of fluffy snow - a superb day!
