Happy Mother's Day! Happy International Migratory Birds Day!
The Inglewood Bird Sanctuary hosted an interesting day of displays, information and guided hikes around the sanctuary. Always interesting and a great place to spend a few hours anytime. I also got to see my friend Karen - who initially introduced David and I to the Calgary Outdoor Club - and who came out for the afternoon with her two beautiful new twin babies. We're hoping Karen will rejoin the club again very soon .... and perhaps get some all-ages events going. A great group out today and it all worked out really well. Thanks everyone!
