Write Up:Diagonal strides, double poles, kick and glide.
Ahhh new terms we learned. Easy to say, harder to do.
A great day to learn how to XC Ski. There were wipe outs, smooth transitions and some people who looked liked they've been doing it all their life (hmmmm....)
It was a great learning session and highly recommended!
