Write Up:A good night of intermediate volleyball was played, many players took advantage of the pre-game instructional played led again this week by Michael Kerr (thank-you)
Once the games begun it was clear the team to beat was the “Thunder Cats”, led by Michael Kerr and the strong play of Andrea, George, Len, Brian, Kim and Nayef. Their strongest competition proved to be “Cave 76” led by Wendy who seemed to get the most out of her team which included Vlad, Mike, Richard, Ivan, Lance, Pam and Annamaria.
The other two teams “Three Hit Wonders” and “Dig-This” played a number of close games needing extra time to conclude a winner in each of their games..
Well done Thunder Cats you’ve earned the “Bragging Rights” for the week.
Some of the group headed over to the Bull and Finch for drinks and friendly banter about the “plays we made and one’s that got away..”
