Write Up:Due to a freak blizzard, Hwy 40 was closed just past Barrier Lake and we were unable to do the Chester
Lake hike. Unfortunately, one of our cars got caught in the closure and was unable to hook up with
the rest of the group. The remaining 8 of us ended up doing Barrier Lookout. There was no view as
the weather was socked in, but we did manage to get some exercise and enjoyed each other's company.
Thanks to everyone for being so flexible. Lisa, Roxy, Les and Colin, we missed you. Next time I will
make sure of all the drivers have my cell phone number.
