Write Up:
Today nine grand spirited souls and one playful pup came together to enjoy the rain up on Nose Hill. It is amazing how the world can be transformed in less than 24 hours. We went from above 20 degrees to close to or dipping below 0. The ground had snow on it and icicles covered the grass and crocus. Can't wait to see what it will be like the next time but I will be okay to see rain again. Here is a poem that I came across on the internet and I thought I would share it with you since it is a lovely way to look at rain...

The rain streams down like harp-strings from the sky;
The wind, that world-old harpist sitteth by;
And ever as he sings his low refrain,
He plays upon the harp-strings of the rain.

By Paul Laurence Dunbar

Look forward to seeing you again.
