This scenic trail takes you to breathtaking views of the front ranges, the Elbow River Valley and the city of Calgary. From the beaten path we�ll head up a scree slope and into the trees where we�ll walk at the base of the ridge until we ascend to the ridge-top trail. Remember to always hike within your own ability so that you can keep up with the group.(Sorry this is not a hike for slowpokes.)

If you new to hiking, it's recommended that you start with a hike with lower elevation.

- Lunch/snacks
- Appropriate clothing (wear layers)-pretty windy at the top

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Follow Highway 22x west towards Bragg Creek. At the Hwy junction, continue straight onto Highway 66 for 29km. Turn left into the access road for Little Elbow Recreation Area. Ignore the second left turn signed "Trailhead Parking" and continue down the road to find the "Trailhead Parking" further down on the right.
