The carpool will leave at 6:00 pm Friday. We will be overnighting at the Lake Louise Hostel in order to catch the 8:30 am bus to Lake O'Hara on Saturday morning. Bring a change of clothes and toiletries. The hostel provides the bedding so please do not bring a sleeping bag.

Hike Trail:
TBD - depending on trail/weather conditions. I am hoping that we will hike Lake McArthur (dist 8km, elevation gain 310m).

The last bus out of Lake O'Hara is 6:30p.m. A consensus of the group will decide which bus to catch out. DO NOT make any plans for the evening so everyone has the chance to stay as long as possible should this be the group’s consensus.

After the hike, we will be stopping in Banff/Canmore for supper before heading back to Calgary. Expected return to the carpool location will be anywhere from 6:00p.m. to Midnight….

Please note the following:
- This event is weather dependent - should the weather be really crappy, then I will cancel the event, and there will be a $8.00/each cancellation fee which is non-refundable by Parks Canada/Lake Louise Hostel + my banking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Do not be in a hurry to get back to Calgary. If you have plans, or anticipate an early return, DO NOT sign-up for this event.

Refunds (but not guaranteed):
- Once you pay, you are committed financially to this event as indicated in the Club's rules - I cannot guarantee a refund no matter the reason for cancellation.
- You will only be refunded IF time permits AND if I can find someone to take your spot.
