Mid-week hikers, come on out on a hike where the larches should still be displaying their brilliant orange fall colours. We will hike at a steady pace; no slowpokes please.

We start from the Vista Lake viewpoint, where we quickly lose an elevation of 120m to Vista Lake. Then we gain an elevation of 600m over the next 3.6 km to Arnica Lake, which is backed against the cliffs of Storm Mountain. We may continue on the trail over Arnica summit to Twin Lakes, which is a steady 1.4 km descent to Upper Twin Lake. Return the same way.
