We will meet in front of the large green information sign located on the west side of the parking lot. From there we will explore some of the trails in the park. We will be keeping a casual pace throughout the hike.

The Weaselhead Natural Environment Area is one of the most highly protected areas in the city of Calgary. It encompasses approximately 650 acres where the Elbow River enters the Glenmore Reservoir.

leash, bags for dog waste, warm clothes.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take 37th Street SW all the way to 66 Ave SW. The Parking lot is on the right-hand side of 37 St SW, directly across from 66 Ave SW (just before North Glenmore Park Road). We will meet in front of the large green Park Information sign that is located on the west side of the parking lot.
