Itinerary:
We will gather in the parking lot. This is a good example of short grass prairie. It is a convenient place to walk above the city and get away from it all. We have seen deer, porcupine, and heard coyotes. It is a refreshing way to end your Monday. After introductions and an ice breaker question, we will hit the trail. We start with an uphill and then it is fairly flat after that. There will also be an opportunity to tell a joke and promote an upcoming event. We will end up doing 3km total for the round trip. It will be leisurely - this is not an expedition to Everest base camp. We will all stick together. We will tramp around in a westernly vector for 35 minutes and then U-turn back from where we came. There is always good chatting and fun. We have a core group that likes to warm up in a nearby pub. The whole group will be invited for a pint or a cup of hot tea.

If you are coming from the North drive south on 14 St. There is a right turn to the park @ 64Ave - DO NOT take this one. Continue past 64 Ave park entrance for about 800m. Turn right onto the road with the potholes and drive all the way up. If you are coming from the south drive north on 14 St and drive past John Laurie and past the Winter Club. After you see the Winter Club drive about 1 km and look for the green Nose Hill Park sign. Turn left onto the road with all the potholes and go all the way up.
