EXPLORATORY TRIP:Please note that your coordinator has not done this hike before. Please allow time and patience for unforseen circumstances.

Note that our route will be a ridge loop with the summit of Pasque Mountain as our objective.

This difficult, off trail hike takes you along a long rocky ridge. We will complete a horseshoe passing over 3-4 high points. There may be short sections of easy scrambling along the ridge. This peak is ideal for scramblers looking for a non-technical accent or strong hikers looking for a little more challenge.

Most of the hike is along an open ridge, so please note the required items namely wind protection should there be a chance of wind chill.

IMPORTANT - Read:
Pace & sticking together as group:
If you like to race ahead or race to the top, pls do not sign up for this event. This is not a speed demon's hike nor is it for very slowpokes, we will be hiking at a moderate pace on gentler grades and at a slower pace on steeper terrain going up. If you're not sure about a hike, feel free to contact the coordinator and remember to always hike within your ability in order to be able to keep up with the group. If you have not recently hiked with 750M+, this hike is not for you. If you're use to "very slowpoke pace hikes" then this hike is not for you.
