Before signing up, please read all the event details carefully and familiarize yourself with the club's difficulty ratings and safety policy. I am not a guide, just a volunteer coordinator. Sign up only if you feel you could do this event as easily if you were to do it yourself. PACE: on this exploratory trip(pls allow time and patience for unforeseen circumstances)will be Slow going up and Moderate on level ground. If you feel the need to rush ahead of everyone, and not hike with the group, pls do not sign up, this is NOT a speed demon's pace. Please do not be in a rush to get back to Calgary-event time may vary.

Please note that this is an EASY scramble, and not a hike. Use of hands may be required at times. There is a possibility of rocks being dislodged from our feet and poles, so a rock helmet is required--no exceptions..bike helmets, ski helmets are not allowed.

The peaks can get windy at times, so please bring a wind shell. We will be hanging out at the summit(s) for a bit, so pack a warm layers. I may check in with those who I have not scrambled with before.

Initially we will follow the ridge up to the summit. Once at the summit of Door Jamb Mountain we'll follow the col up to Loder Peak and descend down to a false fault at which point we'll start heading down to our cars via Jura Creek.
