We will be running at a slowish pace (over 7:30min/km, I did say slowpoke :P) doing 5's and 1's of running and walk breaks. Mainly just to enjoy the evening. Have a quick bite after, then off to Rollerskating at Lloyds!
Distance: Approx 5k

Required Items to Bring:
- Proper Running shoes (no cross trainers)
- Clothing appropriate for the weather: rain, snow or shine. Note NO cotton.

- From 14 St SW, heading south, go past Heritage Park
- Turn west at 90 AVE SW, you will see a mall on your right. Turn in there and meet at the Macdonalds.
