The first Challenge #1 was exactly that, a huge challenge. It took a while for things and habits to sink in, but sink in it did.
I'm encouraged by the results. So much so I want to do this again! (and not loose the momentum)

Body For Life - Success Stories

This is about physical and mental transformation. It is NOT about weight lost only. There is Jenny Craig for that.
In 12 weeks, a mere three months, your body can be different — it can be stronger, leaner, more energetic and healthier.
Mentally, you can be more focused and confident.
You can learn what it takes to make incredible changes not just to your body, but in all areas of your Life.
The program we will be following is called Body for Life. Read up before starting. Suitable for beginners or advanced challengers.
There will be measurements and a weigh in for this initial check in.

About Body For Life

Notes:
- This is a self-guided program, I'm there to encourage and provide guidance but I won't hold your hand. You'll have to do that yourself. Along the way you might discover yourself.
- A full 12 week challenge. It seems long, but it'll be over faster than you think. Rome wasn't built in a day.
- There will be check ins for Progress tracking (Gulp, the weight scale, body fat % measurement and measuring tape is involved)
- This is not an activity program or merely a weight loss challenge. It's really a lifestyle challenge. You need to plan and challenge yourself continously. Call on your fellow buddies for support. Figure out how to fit your Life into and around the things needed to be done.
- We have our own private support website for a support forum and perhaps (surprise!) activities.
- You WILL need a copy of the book - Body for LIFE by Bill Philips . This will be your bible and training manual.

This might be the toughest journey you've ever embarked on. It can also be the most satisfying and rewarding.
