Itinerary:

This route will be about 85km on the roads north of Cochrane at a pace of 20-25km/hr. We'll be cycling two loops so if you want a shorter day feel free to stop after the first one.
First loop is about 50km. From the Cochrane ranch parking lot, we'll head west on Hwy 1A, north on the Horse Creek road, west on 280, south on Grand Valley road and then east on Hwy 1A back to Hwy 22.
The second loop is about 35 km. We'll head north on Hwy 22, east on 567, south on 766 then west on 262 back to Cochrane, where plenty of food/drink options await!

Road bike
Helmet **No Exceptions**
First Aid kit
Gloves
Snacks
Water
Tire repair kit, at least 1 spare tube. A chain repair kit suitable for the chain on your bike
The proper clothing for the day, either wet or dry

The ranch is just NE of the intersection of Hwy 22 and Hwy 1A in Cochrane.
Take Hwy 1A west towards Cochrane, pass the downtown business area, and turn right into the ranch parking lot. If you pass Hwy22, you've gone too far.
