Itinerary:
We will start at the Ribbon Creek parking lot and ride through Kananaskis village on to Terrace Trail and back. We will then climb to Terrace Link and Kovach Link, and come back via Ribbon Creek which is a great downhill.

Total distance is about 25 to 30 kms with ~300 meters elevation.

Intermediate riders are welcome and we will split into a fast and slow group.

we will stop at Woody's in the village for drinks and snacks afterwards

Required Items to Bring:
  • Mountain Bike, well maintained
  • Helmet
  • Spare tube and tools
- Snacks
- Water (at least 2 litres)
Recommended Items to Bring:

How to Get There:
Event Directions:
  • From Highway 1
  • turn on to Kananaskis Highway 40,
  • turn right at the Kananaskis/Nakiska Ski Hill,
  • then left towards the village,
  • then right to the Ribbon Creek Trail head.
  • Park in the last parking lot.
