Let's mountain bike in Whistler the week of September 11. This is for fit cross-country riders - no lift riders please.

This event is to assemble a group to share a condo I have booked already. Note that Jim has an event for Whistler and the Sunshine Coast which will run at the same time.

This event is for those who will commit to the condo for the week. The condo is described here.

- Cross country mountain bike
- Helmet
- Tools, tubes, pump
- Water
- Snacks
- Clothing for all weather
- Travel gear, food for the weekend.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $486.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.27, effective Friday, June 18, 2021). This is based on $0.15/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.

Cost Includes:Cost includes accomodation only. For the week, the cost will be about $300 for one of the two rooms and $200 for a loft bed. The cost is for a bed so bring a friend. Check-in is September 11, check-out September 17.
