Ben needs the exercise. If anyone wants to join me for a great workout to keep in shape over the winter this hike will do it. The route for this hike is well traveled & the climb is steep, though this is well worth the effort. The view from the top is spectacular; Calgary to the east, Moose Mountain to the north and Banded Peak and Powderface Ridge to the west.We won't be going fast but not slowpokish either. Medium speed :)

There will be snow and ice on the trail and some bare sections lower down.

MANDATORY: ICERS REQUIRED

Not a slowpoke hike.
