Itinerary:
Melanie is working towards becoming a coordinator. Join us as she completes her final co-coordinated event!

The run is self-paced and you can choose your own distance by choosing which bridge to turn around at. I will be running about 14 km this time. We will split into groups to accomodate runners of different abilities. Recently we have had a groups at 5, 5:30 and about 6:00 min/k paces. The START PLACE is at EDWORTHY PARK on the north side of the river close to the bathrooms. We will run toward downtown, turn around and come back, feeling strangly energised and at peace with the world. You can choose your distance by turning around at Crowchild Trail(about 6K), 14th Street (about 8k), 10th Street (about 10K), the Peace Bridge (11K) or the curling club bridge (14k). Our goal is for everyone to have someone to run with.

We usually go for breakfast or coffee afterwards. This run is targeted for runners who have some experience running.

Please note: dogs must be on leash at all times and used to running in a group.
