Itinerary:

Rain or sunshine, I'll be there!! We will walk -* fast *- the Bow River pathway starting at Edworthy Park and walk East on the North side of the river until the Crowchild Trail underpass, cross the bridge (regroup) then return on the South side of the river. Total distance is approximately 7.5 kms and should not take more than 1.5 hours to complete.

The START PLACE is at EDWORTHY PARK on the NORTH side of the river close to the bathrooms. We will be leaving at 7:00 pm sharp!! If you are bringing your 4 legged buddy, ensure they are on a leash at all times and in control - don't forget the poop bags!

NOTE: We share the pathway with other walkers, runners and cyclists. Please be considerate and stay on the RIGHT side of the pathway. We are normally a big group and I don't want to feel obligated to minimise the size of the group because we disturb other citizens. So far, we have respected this "rule" very well (thank you). I appreciate it and it's my pleasure to see all of you each week.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:North Side: follow Shaganappi Trail south until it becomes Montgomery View (gravel road) on south side of Bowness Road NW.
South Side: follow Spruce Drive SW west until the park entrance. Follow the road down to the right to the parking lot. Walk 2-3 minutes and cross the bridge to meet us on the north side.
