Itinerary:
***INTINERARY UPDATE*** We will be dropping people off at the top of Stoney Squaw at the start of the ride. These riders will do SS (led by Mike S)downhill then bike over to Tunnel Loop and rejoin the rest of the group. THIS WILL BE OPTIONAL.

This will be on the newer trails in banff in Banff including 4-5 trails for a total of about 20-26 km. Exact trails tbd. The Toe, HooDoos Trail and Tunnel Mountain Loop (not the road loop) - read all about 'em:

and Star Wars.

An optional trip along Water Tower (we'll drive up to Johnson Lake and go West and back from there) will add another 8 very cool km.

We may stop for drinks and snacks after the ride so consider this when carpooling.

Event Directions:Into Banff on first exit, go through town to bridge, turn left before the bridge on Buffalo Street, follow up to Surprise corner, park at parking lot trail starts at end of parking lot.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $66.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
