MEC is hosting this race, and a few of us have already signed up. Please register directly with MEC - then sign up here. We'll meet before the run, and we'll head out for breakfast afterwards.

UPDATED LOCATION:

This time round we are back at NORTH GLENMORE PARK!

This will be a fun, family-friendly, chip timed event with water and snacks after the race, door prizes by MEC and Community Natural Foods, and all participants and volunteers will have access to a discount shopping night at MEC!

***PLEASE NOTE: Online registration will close at 12 noon on Friday October 18th. On-site registration will be available on the race day for $20 cash only, starting at 9am***

Provitional Start Times: 21.1k: 10:00am SHARP 10k: 10:10am 5k: 10:15am

Package pickup

You may pick up your race package at the following times and locations
¡Thursday October 17 5pm-9pm at MEC
¡Friday October 18 11am-2pm at MEC

If you are not able to pick up your package prior to race day, you will be able to pick it up at the race site on race day starting at 8am.
