Our Glenmore Saturday morning run/bike/walk is moving for this week!
We'll be starting a little early from the Running Room at Eau Claire Market. We'll keep our time out to about an hour, and head out for a good breakfast at the Barley Mill terrace (inside if the weather isn't co-operating).

After breakfast, the Canadian Blood Services Magic Bus will pick up the registered donors and whisk us off to their lair.
Once they've sufficiently sucked our blood, and fed us some goodies, they will return us to Eau Claire.

Everyone is welcome to bike, walk or run and to join us for breakfast, even if you're aren't participating in the blood part.

If you are interested in donating blood, please indicate so in the notes section of your registration. As we have a limited number of donor appointments (and places in the bus). Carolyn or I will confirm when/if we have secured you a spot.
