Hike Description
If you are looking to fill a few hours on Sunday with exercise, Nose Hill Park offers up a wonderful opportunity to hike many kilometres and to gain moderate elevation accumulation up hills, over meadows, down slopes, and through ravines. There are a variety of trail types to follow including gravel, grass, pavement and dirt. Sightings of wildlife and wildflowers are possible. If the sky is blue, mountain views will be amazing. Come enjoy what Nose Hill Park has to offer!

Nose Hill Park, one of the largest Urban parks in Canada and North America, is located in the northwest quadrant of the city. This unique prairie grassland environment covers approximately 2700 acres. While still within Calgary, Nose Hill offers an escape from city life and pressures.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:If you are coming from the North drive south on 14 St. Go past Berkley Gate and take your next right at the lights which is 64 Avenue N.W. If you go past the Winter Club and John Laurie exit, you have gone too far.

If you are coming from the south drive north on 14 St and drive past John Laurie, past the Winter Club and past the 14th St parking lot. Take your next left at the lights which is 64 Ave and 14 St NW Parking Lot. If you go past Berkley Gate, you have gone too far.
