Itinerary:

I'm testing out a change in venue for our Monday night runs closer to my neighbourhood.
We'll start at the River Park leash free area on the corner of 14A Street SW and 50 Avenue SW at the start of the bike path. There is lots of street parking as well as some spots next to the leash- free park. The path goes across the dam, behind the Rockyview Hospital, past Heritage Park to Glenmore Landing. This will cover a distance of about 9k out and back. This is a run at your own pace event so, you can run any distance you'd like straight through or by running/walking intervals.
If you are bringing your 4 legged buddy, ensure they are on a leash at all times and in control - don't forget the poop bags!

Required Items to Bring:
- Sneakers
- Clothing appropriate for the weather: rain, snow or shine.
